Description: The Fearless Project is a photography project by Jeff Sheng with photos of over 200 gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender high school and college athletes from the United States and Canada. Jeff Sheng, the photographer behind this project, will be speaking and presenting his photographs.

In 2003, Jeff Sheng began photographing LGBT high school and college athletes who were "out" to their teammates, as an artistic self-exploration of his own identity as a former closeted high school athlete. In 2006, Jeff Sheng began exhibiting the photography series at the 2010 and 2012 Olympics, on campuses, and at the headquarters of ESPN and Nike.

This project was recently published into a book, FEARLESS: Portraits of LGBT Student Athletes. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
