Description: This is an action packed 30 minutes fitness regime. Participants will be exposed to a proper warm-up using agility ladders and dynamic flexibility movements (5-10 mins.), then ramp up with circuit training (10-15 mins.) followed by core work and a cool down stretch (5 mins.). Rest and water breaks can be taken as needed and all movements used can be modified to the user’s abilities.
