Description: Keynote Speaker is Dr. Tharcisse Seminega, Rwandan genocide survivor. Panelists will include UMass Dartmouth's Dr. John Fobanjong, Professor, Political Science. A music moment will be presented by Sidy Maiga and his band from West Africa.
