French Chef Jacques Pepin Visits UMass Dartmouth

Description: The Boivin Center for French Language and Culture in celebration of its 30th anniversary at the UMass Dartmouth campus presents a very special afternoon and evening event featuring award-winning French chef, Jacques Pepin. Two events are scheduled. A cooking demonstration, lecture and book signing will begin at 4 PM in the Woodland Commons. This event is open to the public but is limited to 175 attendants.
The second event is an elegant six-course dinner beginning at 6 PM at the Woodland Commons honoring Chef Pepin. The cost for the dinner is $100. Seating is limited to 72. Reservations can be made by e-mailing Maria Sanguinetti at msanguinetti@umassd.edu or by calling 508-991-5096. The deadline for reservations is march 15th.
