Description: The Claire T. Carney Library Associates will be sponsoring its eleventh annual authors' brunch on Sunday, April 2nd at 12 noon in the Woodland Commons on campus.
This year's theme is cooking and features three chefs. The first is Mary Ann Esposito who is the host of the longest running cooking program, Ciao Italia. The second is Ris Lacoste who was born and raised in the New Bedford area and who is Washington, D. C.'s top chef. The third is a serial restaurant opener, Didi Emmons.
Tickets for the brunch are $35 and reservations can be made by contacting Maria Sanguinetti at msanguinetti@umassd.edu or by calling her at 508-991-5096. Deadine for reservations is March 24th. UMass students can attend the lecture after the brunch for free.
