Description: The current contentious political climate makes it hard to focus on much else. Engagement in activism is larger than we've seen in decades. While this engagement is invaluable, it can be exhausting, putting one at risk for burnout and anxiety. This session will cover mindfulness practices effects on resiliency and coping.
