Classroom to Community Involvement: The Importance of Using Educational Attainment for Civil/Human Rights
Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 4:00pm- 5:00pm

Come learn how professionals and members of local and national Civil Rights Organization use their academic training to further community needs. These panelists use their educational attainment to combat and fight racism, discrimination, and human rights violations. Panelists include members of Lawyers for Civil Rights, National Association for Advancement of Colored (NAACP). Attendees will hear panelists discuss national, regional and local issues. Attendees will be inspired to use education for community involvement and engagement.
