Teamwork and Team Building

Description: Team-building plays an important role in overall organizational effectiveness. There are distinct reasons why teams fail and why they succeed. Team-building activities are integral part of building your own teamwork skills to be an effective team member and team leader. In this workshop participants will:
• Learn the characteristics of effective and ineffective teams.
• Understand the qualities of a productive team member.
• Develop personal teamwork skills.
• Learn how to build strong effective teams in our organization.
• Have fun!
