Description: Yoga is a great way to calm the mind and get in a great workout. Come and try a Hatha Yoga class with a Core Strength Vinyasa perspective.
This perspective on Hatha Yoga (created by Sadie Nardini) focuses on building poses from the ground up starting with a strong foundation, activating inner core muscles for better spinal support, transitioning through poses using natural wave motions, and releasing tension in areas which tend to be overworked in a practice.
