Description: Topic is: Is Leadership A Choice?
Do you view yourself as a leader? What type of leader? Are leaders born or made? There are many questions such as this to be answered regarding leadership that many find difficult. Is leadership a choice? There are some who would say that leadership is actually a choice. Join us as the author of the book, “Leadership is a Choice,” Dr. John DiCicco leads us in an engaging dialogue about leadership. In the book, co-authored with Ken Strong, Dr. DiCicco focuses on the three building blocks of leadership, he defines as responsibility, accountability and authority. Come out and join us for this engaging leadership session on how to build these three blocks in the workplace.
