Description: The Office of Human Resources is hosting a Professional Development Workshop for all levels of managers, including team leaders. In all industries and work environments, the best managers are the ones who are flexible enough to adapt to whatever the situation demands. Join us as, Jim O’Connor, ComPsych Facilitator, describes skills you can use as a manager to motivate your workforce, adapt your leadership style, and assess what leadership traits your employees need from you most. Participants will engage in an interactive session to identify what motivates today’s workforce, discuss the skills needed to effectively coach, apply leadership styles, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate assertively!
