Description: Valery Freland, the French Consul General in Boston, will speak about the role of the French Consulate at a lecture sponsored by the Boivin Center for French Language and Culture on Monday, March 28th in the Grand Reading Room of the Claire T. Carney Library at 4 PM. A light reception will follow the lecture.
