Cost: $50.
Description: Chef Pierre Thiam will introduce the audience to authentic Senegalese cooking by making mango fonio salad at Plate by Plate in the campus center. Everyone will get to savor his creation. A copious hors d'oeuvres reception will follow with six of Chef Thiam's recipes being served.
