Where: Claire T. Carney Library, Office of Faculty Development
Description: Do you feel like your students are not connecting with you, each other, or the course content?
Does it seem like you are lost on a destination unknown?
Crafting learning outcomes is like designing the roadmap for your course. Without clear and measurable outcomes, it is nearly impossible to reach your goals. Join us in this workshop, where we will take you on a journey of analyzing, discussing, and creating measurable outcomes for your course(s). Participants will be asked to complete a small pre-work assignment that will help introduce the topic and concepts of the session. Through the mindful design of outcomes that are in alignment with your content and assessments, opportunities for varied assessment and personal connections with and among students can be created.
