Description: If you want to know more about preventing pain at your workstation, you need to attend this workshop. Participants will learn:
• The principles of ergonomics and their applications
• The proper use of equipment and tools, and machine controls
• Good work practices, including proper lifting techniques
• The work tasks that may lead to pain or injury
• Recognizing early symptoms of MSDs
• The importance of reporting and reporting work related injuries and illnesses as required by OSHA’s injury and illness recoding and reporting regulations
