Description: Most working people struggle with having too many demands, responsibilities, and commitments in their professional and family lives. As a result, there’s a general belief that the quality of life is less-than-satisfying. But you can improve your quality of life by balancing work and life. As a participant in this seminar, you will be able to:
• Understand the terms “navigating” and “integrating” in regard to your work and personal lives.
• Clarify how your life differs from the quality of life you want.
• Identify areas that could benefit from new approaches.
• Learn seven tools that can enhance work/life quality and provide greater personal satisfaction.
