Description: My Generation or Yours (Generational Differences)

Leaders are currently managing an ever-increasing age-diverse workforce. The current state of the American employment front has five generations-Matures, Boomers, Generation Xers, Generation Yers and now Generation Z-working side by side. As they work together, their differences in outlook, values, communication styles, career expectations, and lifestyles collide in ways that are both simultaneously difficult and beneficial. In a lively, interactive, thought-provoking format this session will focus on the importance of embracing, acknowledging and accepting all perspectives.

The Office of Human Resources will provide beverages, a light snack and participant materials. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
