Description: PRIDE – Proud To Be Me (A discussion of LGBTQIA, Multicultural, and Underrepresented Minorities)

This workshop offers candid conversation about the importance of individual pride for who you are, where you are from, and all that makes you who you are. This session will offer discussion from the diverse lenses that represent the African American, Native American / Alaska Native, Asian Pacific, and Latino - who have historically comprised the "underrepresented minority" community; Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA) community; and the Multicultural Communities which represents people of color not of American decent. This session will introduce topics that will carry forward as full individual workshops.

The Office of Human Resources will provide beverages, a light snack and participant materials. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
