Join Assistant Teaching Professors from the Department of English and Communication to explore basic best practices for user experience (UX) design in myCourses. Thoughtful design can guide students to the task they need to complete, provide ways for students to monitor and be accountable for their learning, and reduce questions and confusion. Learn ways that you can help your students navigate your course's digital learning space with intuitive organizing principles, consistent visual and organization design, and design heuristics for usability and accessibility. In addition to reviewing a brief list of best practices, tour current live sites to see a variety of implementations of these practices.
