Description: LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitated activity in which participants work through complex questions by building LEGO models that represent their proposed solutions. The facilitators then lead discussions about what the models represent with the group. This method has proven effective in building team dynamics and fostering collaborative problem solving. It also has applications to classroom teaching as well as any kind of group- or team-based project. LSP can be a wonderful way to engage groups and teams in creative problem solving and innovative thinking. The workshop will offer participants the opportunity to experiment with the LSP method.
