Description: Do you want to explore major and minor options at UMass Dartmouth? Are you wondering if you are in the right major? Or are you looking for a minor? If so, I am excited to invite you to the 2023 Fall Into Your Major event on October 26. The event runs from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Marketplace and allows students to explore potential majors and minors.
During the event, you can meet with upper-level students, students just like you, to learn firsthand about their experiences in their major, classes, opportunities, and knowledge about their professors. This is a great, casual opportunity to learn from your peers.
Professional advising staff will also be available to answer questions you may have. As a reminder, if you are undeclared, university policy is to declare by 45 credits. Use this event to get information about possible academic paths.
There will also be pizza and prizes, so I hope you can join us on October 26 at 4 p.m. in the Marketplace.
