Bootcamp and Chill-Mobile Fitness

When: Thursday, September 9, 2021

Where: Campus Center Patio
Description: Join the SAIL Office with the Fitness Center for a 30 minute Bootcamp workout or Yoga session at lunchtime! We will have two 30-minute sessions of both a Bootcamp workout and Yoga session at 12pm and 12:30pm. Both are part of the Fitness Center regular class offerings.
