  • Description: Prof. Ron C. Rosbottom, professor at Amherst College, will be presenting a lecture in the Grand Reading Room of the Claire T. Carney Library at 4 PM. The topic of his lecture is Paris during the German Occupation 1940-1944. A Q&A, book signing and refreshments will follow the lecture. The program is sponsored by the Boivin Center for French Language and Culture at UMass Dartmouth.

  • Description: Come and meditation in the CVPA Gallery. On December 6th and 7th from 4 to 6 PM, you will be able to meditate under the relaxing glow of seminal artists Nancy Holt's installation piece Electrical System. Meditations will happen every half an hour from 4 to 5:30 pm. There is no need to bring anything as mats will be provided. Come ready to relax! Walk-ins only. 6 people max per session.
