It has been a busy year, to say the least. Navigating the transition back to on-campus instruction meant developing new strategies to engage our students as they returned to the classroom for the first time in three semesters. Likewise, advancing our research and creative work makes significant demands on our time and energy. The summer provides us with a time to reflect and regroup. It also provides an opportunity to make progress on our scholarship and professional activity, complete some long-awaited projects, and prepare for the next semester.
In this session, we'll reflect on the experiences of the academic year and discuss strategies for planning the summer. We'll pay particular attention to balancing productivity in teaching and scholarly work with creating opportunities for relaxation, reflection, and self-care. We'll also discuss some helpful, informative summer reading suggestions on topics related to teaching and learning, scholarship, and professional development.

Flexible spending is the only benefit you need to re-enroll in every year during open enrollment if you would like to continue to have this benefit.
